No, manufactured homes have different building codes, which are called HUD codes. Our framing has wood instead of metal and our standards are the same as traditional site-built homes. These homes are built with traditional construction loans. They are financed on traditional mortgages and have lower insurance rates than manufactured homes.

Yes, we can build your garage and porches. When we say full service…we mean what we say.

Yes. Our homes have up to a 10-year structural warranty! There are also individual material warranties and a 1-year warranty on materials and workmanship for all additional site work.

Yes, we can build any home to meet any green or environmentally-friendly standards you want to meet. Our insulation packages meet or exceed the state building codes.
