Matt Haylett is a life-long resident of Coldwater, MI and is the son of Dave and Nancy Haylett. Matt and his wife Valerie have worked tirelessly to take their business from a dream to reality. 

Three beautiful new modular homes are open to the public at their Display Center located at 742 E Chicago Rd, Coldwater, MI. These homes are off-site stick-built IRC (BOCA) Code (not manufactured housing) and can be placed almost anywhere similar to a standard site-built home. These are far more affordable too.

Walk-In Modular Home Viewing

Our modular home viewings are available after-hours by appointment. Come take a look at your new home! Contact us to get started. We return calls and emails within a 24-hour time frame. We are a member of the local Chamber of Commerce.
